Physicain exiced an ulcerative exophytic lesion of the patient's right gingival labial sulcus. Wound was closed in a single layered manner with 4-0 chromic in a continuous locking manner. Would the closure of the wound be considered a complex repair? I would code this as a simple repair, 40812. Is that correct?
