Wiki Wound billing

We have a new patient that was just seen at his PCP office and he goes to the hospital for wound care debridement. We are trying to find out if Medicare will pay for him going to Wound Care and being seeing by Home Health Care on the days he is not seeing Wound Care for dressing changes.
