Wiki wide excision of non healing surgical wound

How would you code this? A non healing surgical wound of hip. Wide excision of skin and subcutaneous tissue, not including muscle or fascia. Elliptical incision was made around the track opening at the skin....dimensions are approx. 8cm x 6cm x 6cm. Patient had a 6cm track terminating several centimeters above the bone & prior to reaching the prosthetic. There was no pus, no foul odor, no cavity, just the tract. ....track was widely excised on all borders, including the deep border. (not going near the bone or prosthesis) there were no hidden tracks. Wound vac was placed at the end of the case.
