Wiki Which modifier to use- 25?

I need to bill for a 99214 and 99406 (smoking cessation) on the same day. Do I use the 25 modifier on the 99214? If not, which one do I use?

Karen-- If you have enough documentation to bill both then Yes the 25 goes on 99214.
