Hello,
I recently passed my exam this month. My professor has sent the paperwork that I qualified with the types of classes I had to upgrade it. Yesterday, I saw 2 resources are required one being from your employers. Today I am unable to find the link to get the forms for my employer to complete them. I would love assistance on anyone that can direct me back to where I need to be for this.

I do not know what a CPC-C is, but to remove your apprentice status (the "A") use this link for directions.
