Wiki where can I purchase a study guide book?

I can't seem to find a study guide book for speciality coding. I study much better with a book in front of me than the cds that can be purchased now. Does anyone know of any company that is selling the actual book for the speciality coding exams?

I you are looking for a study guide for your AAPC credentials I would suggest the AAPC store. I have mentored 5 people and they all worshipped the study guide.
