If someone is "Non-ambulatory sitting in wheel chair" can you give credit to Gait/Station on the Exam? I would say no, because you are not able to assess it. What are some thoughts on this?

Even though the patient is unable to get up and walk (gait) and stand (station), I think you could argue "Non-ambulatory sitting in wheel chair" as the reason why that exam element could not be fully assessed. Check with your insurance carrier, as they might have special rules about when a provider cannot assess an exam element.
