A problem that runs a definite course is also met as a 'allergic rhinitis or a simple sprain' as is defined as an acute uncomplicated illness per AMA CPT 2022. What qualifies as minor then?

Examples of a 'minor problem - self limited' would include a bug bite or common cold.
