Help!

I am unclear as to what E code to site for 357.7 Polyneuropathy due to other toxic agents.

The agents used for neurotoxic chemotherapy are:
paclitaxel
docetaxel
carboplatin
cis-platinum
oxaliplatin
vincristine
vinblastine
vinorelbine
