What dx should I use if the pt comes in 4 months after slap tear for a follow up? Are the v codes the correct codes to use they have no problem Doc says Pt is doing great?? Help Thanks so much Grandma cora

If it is a followp survelliance the the V67.09 is the appropriate code to use.
