Wiki What is the best way to show employers proof of certification?

I'm a CPC-A who has yet to land an interview after passing my CPC exam in May 2024(around 4 months ago as of today), and I wondered if it was because of the way I was sending my proof of certification. For all of the past openings I have applied to I have used a photocopied file of my certification certificate that I got in the mail. Is that the correct way to do it, or is there a way that employers prefer to recieve proof of certification? Thanks!

Usually employers can use this site to verify your certification: Medical Coding Credential Verification but I've never had to show proof, they've just asked if I'm certified or not.

I have also not been able to get a job as a CPC-A.I am currently on practicode and i am open to Externships too. So why are employers do not want to hire CPC-A.I am a very fast learner,but what m i doing wrong.I need help on this please.

Can I ask how long it took you to receive your certificate? I passed my CPC-A July 31 and still haven't received it yet?
