If a patient came in for dysuria and itchiness and said they thought they had a yeast infection, so the provider did both a UA and wet mount but only gave a dx of UTI. What diagnosis code would you link the wet mount to? Would this be linked to a v72.31/v76.4 (provider did an exam and viewed cervix), the UTI or the sx of itchiness?-
