Any fellow auditors out there have a weight tool for audits? I'm looking for a scoring table, or some type of guide to give me a base line on how to score audits on weight, rather than a pass/fail grade. We would like to start using a score to calculate the audit results on a risk level, rather than a hard pass/fail method.
