I have a pt that was seen by a doc in my practice-dx radial head and coronoid fxs-pt is in a global. WC doc asks my hand guy (not cred as a hand spec) for a 2nd opinion-same dx in addition to medial epicondylitis. Hand doc wants to charge a consult....thoughts? I'm thinking no....??? thanks so much!
