Hello! I was taught to always bill WC with current injury codes (which I hope is correct). I have a WC op report with clearly documented degenerative pre-existing issues aggrivated by a current fall. Do I still bill with current injury codes, even though it says very clearly that is all pre-existing but recently aggrivated? 
And what would the aggravating dx be? Ecode for fall?
