Left long finger FDS and FDP Tendon adhesions
Left long MCP level flexion contracture

Procedures:
Left long finger FDS and FDP tenolysis
Left long finger MPJ volar plate release

I am using CPT 26440-F2 X 2 and CPT 26520 for the Volar Plate release. I am not sure if 26520 is the correct code for the Volar Plate release?
