We are not sure how to code the following:
VOIDING CYSTOURETHROGRAM
HISTORY: Frequent urinary tract infections.
The bladder was filled to a volume of 400 mL using a Foley catheter
that was previously placed. The bladder has a normal contour.
Vesicoureteral reflux was not observed during the procedure. The
patient, however, was unable to void after filling the bladder.
Therefore, no films of the urethra are available, and reflux cannot
be evaluated in the voiding phase. Fluoro time for this procedure
was 0.7 minutes.
Any help would be appreciated!
