We have an audiologist that is wanting to bill for the TC portion and a neurologist that is wanting to bill for the PC portion. They are both under the same TIN. They can not both bill correct? It would have to be billed under one or the other without a modifier?

If they are being reported under the same TIN, you should report the global service without TC or 26/PC modifiers. The audiologist (who owns the equipment) would need to have a separate tax ID to report to report the TC component of the procedure.
