Does anyone have experience with Medicare NGS in NY regarding reimbursement for the visit prior to a screening colonoscopy?

If the patient is scheduled for a screening colonoscopy, you may not charge for a visit prior to the study. Medicare has a transmittal and medlearn article on this.
