Wiki Video chat question

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows if a doctor participating in a visit by video chat would qualify as face to face for a shared visit with his PA? I don't think it does but I just want to double check myself.

When billing inpatient daily care and the apn see patient and doctor attested the note do I add the modifer FS
