Wiki Video Capsule Endoscopy

When coding for a video capsule endoscopy (91110 or 91111), would you bill for the date the capsule was swallowed, or for the date the actual report was read by the Dr.? My Dr. reads and submits the report/billing several weeks after the patient has actually swallowed the capsule.

I don't seem to find any definitive answers online, so any help is greatly appreciated.

What's annoying for me is I do phyisician coding and billing and I'll have one doctor place to capsule and another read it. I get the whole TC/26, but it is never really specified if you should use those either.
