Our spine doctor does alot of vertebroplasties for compression fractures. When he does these procedures he almost always does facet inj at the same levels. Is the facet injection included in the v-plasty? Example below:
Post op dx:
compression fracture level T6-T8 and T12.
Procedure:
Venogram followed by vertebroplasty followed by facet steroid injections level of T6, T7, T8 and T12.
He wants to code this:

22522 X3
72291-26 X4
64470-59
64472 X3
He uses dx 805.2 for v-plasty and 724.1 for facet injections.
Can anyone give me some guidance? Thanks so much.
