Wiki Venting of Bakers Cyst

I need help on 29875 I know I read that if the surgeon punches the Baker Cyst to allow venting this could be coded as 29875. But I cannot find the literature to dispute the insurance denial. Can anyone point me in the right direcetion? Thanks
