Wiki Vein procedure guidelines

I work for a vein center in Florida and typically with a Tx plan we perform a 36478 EVLT, and when necessary a 37765/37766 Amblatory Phlebectomy. Our physician suggested that some patients my benefit from doing the AP's 1st followed by the EVLT.

I have not found any guidelines stating wether or not this will be reimbursable in this order.
Does anybody have any insight on this?

Also these procedures would be done typically a week apart and I know we need modifiers but to AP's 90 day global.
