Wiki VATS with placement of bilateral pleurx catheters

HELP! I'm new to Cardiothoracic & need help.

Patient procedure: Bilateral VATS with placement of bilateral pleurx catheters.
Preop diagnosis & brief description of SX: Severe bilateral plueral effusions with chronic sever left & right heart systolic & diastolic heart failure. Fluid was aspirated & catheter was placed & secured.

I came up with 32601, 32551 w mod 50 & 59, 75989....

32551 is for chest tube. Take a look at 32550 - Insertion of indwelling tunneled pleural catheter with cuff.

Also, it might be most beneficial to post the op note. That way other coders can read the procedure and help you determine best code selection.
You can bill 32601 and 32550 and there are no CCI edits.
