Wiki VATS esophageal tumor resection

My Dr perfromed everything VATS - He resected a tumor from the distal esophagus and also performed a hiatal hernia repair nissen. I am not sure if I should code 2 unlisted codes for these- since I cannot find any codes thoracoscopic.
