I am new to vascualr coding and my Dr has asked me to see if there is a code for upper extremity ultrasound guided marking of a graft. He also did a hemodialysis access duplex(cpt 93990) i don't believe there is a code for this but was hoping someone could confirm that for me. Thank You in advance.
