Please! Someone have some ideas!
What CPT would you use to report a Central venous angiogram?
patient has a central venous catheter that has poor access flow. Here is the majority of the report.
Procedure: Central venous angiogram

subcutaneous cuff was freed. Upon freeing this, there was a large amount of purulent material that was evacuated from around the catheter. the wire was passed down the catheter and attempted to be removed. It was not able to be removed. An incision over the neck insertion site was made and again tried to remove but was unable. At that point I performed a central venous angiogram that showed prompt flow through the catheter and through the right atrium into the remainder of the cardiopulmonary vasculature. I elected to conclude the procedure as this is the patient's only access and I did not want to make this catheter unusable.

Please help!
Thanks
