Hello. I am new to Vascular Coding and have a question. Humana is denying CPT 99234 as being part of a surgical package. Doctor did perform CPT 34825 the day before CPT 99234.
If I a modifier, Humana says it might get paid. However, the same diagnosis code was used for both dates of service. Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you in advance!!
