Out of practice on coding for Peds... Vaccination coding is killing me..
Anyone have a cheat sheet for which diagnosis codes to use for all these vaccinations now. Would I use V03.89 with 90733 ? Thanks for any help.

I believe 90733 is for 60 and over. Use 90734 for peds. I will send you my cheat sheet if you give me your email address.
