I'm having a difficult time knowing when I could use a specific V code. I have a pt that comes in for chemotherapy several times a month but not every visit do they have chemo. So, being that V67.2 is used after chemotherapy completed would I use V87.41, V58.69, some other V-code or no code at all if the chemotherapy is still ongoing but not at that particular visit?
