Wiki V66.2 vs V67.2

Can someone please tell me when it is appropiate to use either V66.2 or V67.2 if the patients cancer is no longer active and they are no longer on any treatment? What is the difference between the 2 codes exactly? I know V66.2 is palliative care, but when is it supposed to be used? Please help clarify. Thanks.
