Wiki V43.4 and proper use

I am seeking some opinions and feedback on the use of the code V43.4. We have several patient cases with IVC filters, renal artery sents, AAA repairs, etc. and we are not certain as to the best cases for using this code.

It does state replacement, yet in the includes notes, the word "assisted" is also used.

Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated.
