Can I get an opinion when V13.65 should be used? Would it be used for when a congenital heart condition has been corrected by surgery? Would it be used when a congenital heart condition such as a PFO, VSD has closed on its own without surgical intervention?
 
I used it for Both. ICD-9 does not state otherwise and it technically doesnt say "only surgical intervention".
