Does anyone accept US Family Health Plan and have patients with that insurance that also have an infusion pump for chronic pain or spasticity that gets compounded drugs in the pump? We are having a serious issue with USFHP allowing the correct amount and they are supposed to follow CMS guidelines. We have battled this for the past 6 months and exhausted every resource we know to reach out to the carrier regarding correcting this issue with no results. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
