Can a psychiatrist use 90791 or 90792 for place of service of a nursing home or does he need to use the 99305? He meets the requirements for the 90792 but not sure on POS.

I see where current CPT says 'services provided in all settings', but do you know of a CMS citation? I'm not sure if the 'all settings' applies to 90792.
