Wiki US guided aspiration/posterior aspect elbow

Report shows 18-gauge needle aspirated fluid from ta fluid collection on the posterior aspect of the elbow. Is the CPT code for this a bone aspiration 20220? Isn't CPT code 23930 for an open incision and drainage?
