How would I code this?
A 12 French Foley catheter was placed with in the ileal conduit. This was slowly injected with 5 ml of air. The patient reported no discomfort. Contrast was then slowly injected within the ileal conduit and refluxed into the kidneys. Both ureters, kidneys, ileal conduit appear normal with no obstruction and no loarge filling defect noted.
IMPRESSION:
Retrograde ileal conduit study shows a normal appearance with reflux into the kidneys showing a normal appearance of the renal collecting system, ureters, ileal conduit and no obstruction noted. No large filling defects are seen.
Thanks for the help,
