Hello, the CNP in our urology clinic performs urodynamics in the office. All the documentation that I read states this must be under direct supervision of the physician, UNLESS state law permits it done without supervision. I have been unable to find any documentation through the State of Ohio concerning this. Does anyone know if the State of Ohio permits this? Thanks in Advance.
 
State Specific

As you are probably aware, each state regulates what services mid-levels can/cannot provide independently. I would research your state specific laws through government websites and professional organizations.
