If a patient does the Vlasalva and cough for example...
LEAK POINT PRESSURE:
No leak with cough at 300cc (Pves 58 cmH20)
No leak with valsalva at 300cc (Pves 78 cmH20)
No leak with cough at 357cc (Pves 95 cmH20)
Leaked drops with valsalva at 357cc (Pves 63 cmH20)


Is this 51729?

Is this LEAK Point Pressure for just the bladder or the rectal or urethral pressure areas ? See page 373 in CPT manual. Or use CPT 51728. However add modifier 51 and 26 to which ever CPT code you use. Also dx should be the dx N39 blocks instead of dx R39
