What CPT code is everyone using for UroCuff, please? We are looking to implement this service into our urology practice. Based on my research, it appears that the unlisted code 55899 seems to be the guidance, but I want to see how others are coding this. Thanks.

Definitely follow whatever local coverage guidelines Medicare has posted. My state is not included under that Medicare contractor. Here's a great article from Urology Times that I think is super helpful!

Hi! We use 53899 for Medicare (benchmarked to 51728 with "Urocuff" under additional info on the claim) and 51728-52 for commercial payers.
