The patient comes to the ED with urinary retention secondary to Foley catheter clogging.

What ICD should we use for the "Foley catheter clogging?"
 
I think we can use 996.76 for URINARY RETENTION due to Foley catheter clogging along with 788.20 i.e. Urine retention.
