What is the code for screening hearing test ?

CPT code 92587 was given by the manufacturer for screening hearing test .
Is it Ok to bill when the test was performed by a nurse in Adolescent or Pediatric clinic

When the patient failed hearing test in the school and came to the clinic for hearing test what are the Diagnosis and CPT code to use?

When do we use code 92857 ?

92587 is for the evoked otoacoustic emissions test. We recently purchased the machine to do this test and was told to use 92587 by the company. it's different from the standard test machine. It also pays at a higher rate because it performs both hearing screen and tympanometry. Hope that helps.
