I currently bill for a group of urgent cars. We had a question come up about x ray over reads. The center manager wants to know how we can bill for these and actually get paid for them. I have looked for anything to help em on the Medicare Fee schedule because as you know must payers pay according to them whether its commercial or work comp etc. Can someone point me in the right direction to figure out a way to get his paid. We don't want to eat the charge every time. Please Help
