Wiki Ureteral Lysis

Hi,

My provider was called to the OR regarding a patient who was undergoing a laparoscopic laparotomy and a left oophorectomy. My provider performed a cysto placement of a ureteral catheter and a hand-assisted ureteral lysis to free the ovary from the ureter. Any ideas on a code for this?
