Wiki Unsuccessful/failed coronary intervention

I am not sure how to bill for an unsuccessful/failed coronary intervention. I am planning to bill for the angiography and interp, but are there any other codes I can bill for?

If Discontinued see modifier -53 (physician) or -73 / -74 (hospital), in addition to ICD-9 V64.__ code.
