Wiki Unnaboot reiumbursement

I'm trying to confirm if Medicare will reimburse at 150 % for bilateral unnaboot application when modifier 50 is used, my understanding is the modifier should still be used however Medicare payment is the same for unilateral and bilateral and does not reimburse at 150% like some other payers but I cannot find a clear answer

Are you talking about physician or facility claims here? CPT code 29580 has a bilateral indicator of '1' in the Medicare physician fee schedule and OPPS status indicator 'T' for outpatient facility which means that this code should reimburse 150% if billed bilaterally in either case. Where are you seeing that Medicare payment is the same for unilateral or bilateral?
