Hello,
I am wondering if anyone knows the "rule" for reporting unlisted procedure codes. I have been told that only one unlisted procedure code can be reported per body site. However, I can't seem to find any documentation to support this. Any reccomendations as to where I can find this would be greatly appreciated! I have a complicated hip surgery that the physician wants to report three unlisted codes (lucky me)!
