Hi, I posed this question once before with no responce. I really could use some help with this. Our Doc does a lot of unlisted hip scopes for example
Extensive trochanteric bursectomy/ with IT band release or lengthening /and abductor tendon repair.
Are these all separately billable codes with 29999 or is it just one 29999
Can you bill more than one 29999 unlisted procedure during the same opertive session? Also can you bill for and assisit for an unlisted code.
Please any feed back on this will be very much appreciated.
