Wiki United Healtcare rejections on Global Maternity Claims

Is anyone receiving rejections for global maternity claims using the dx code V27.0?
I've had multiple claims rejected by them stating that V27.0 is an invalid code.

Is V27.0 not a valid icd9 code anymore and what do we use instead?

V27.0 is a valid ICD-9 code, however not sure if it is appropriate to use as the primary dx. If it was a normal vaginal delivery w/no complications I would probably use 650 as the prime.... hope this helps.
